Zion

There are three Fathers who, in large part, populated (or re-populated) the earth: Adam, Noah, and Abraham.  Adam and Noah had descendants under their direct Fatherhood who produced Zion, but none of Abraham's descendants have yet to do it. We can prove by our actions that it can be us.  But we do have to prove it.  This part of the Lord’s Prayer, I think, helps with that process: "Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name ..."

Joy

The word "joy" in Hebrew is  chedvah (  H2304, חֶדְוָה).  It "signifies a deep, abiding sense of joy and gladness. It is often used in the context of spiritual or communal joy, reflecting a state of happiness that is rooted in one's relationship with God and the community of believers. This joy is not merely an emotional response but a profound sense of well-being and contentment that comes from divine presence and blessing." The scriptures teach that this relationship "with" God  never  means just belief in God but  a continual connection to Him by doing all that He asks, at all times ( John 9:10 ).  The continual connection to Him in this way may seem overwhelming, but it is the only means to lasting joy and in turn becomes our great strength: "Adam fell that men  might  be, and men are that they  might  have  joy." - 2 Nephi 1:10 " Joy cannot be found by subordinating the spirit to the flesh.
